My now husband and I went engagement ring shopping and just happened into Zales by chance. The associate that helped us was Daniel, and he was awesome. He wasn’t pushy at all and really listened when we shared what we were looking for. He knew the products they had available and was extremely knowledgeable. I absolutely love my rings and am so proud to show them off! Daniel made it so easy and helped me find the ring of my dreams.

My boyfriend and I went in primarily to have our watches sized but did some browsing while there. Nakita assisted us while we waited for Daniel to finish up. She was kind and patient with us while also answering questions. Nakita provided great customer service to us today. I worked with Daniel, as well as Mai the assistant manager over the past 2 months. They treated me with patience and kindness! Mai went above and beyond and took the time necessary to fix my issues.
